and no, it's not locals' favorite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.traveloffpath.com\/discover-mexicos-revamped-city-with-cheap-eats-and-buzzing-beaches\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tijuana<\/a> loophole.
